One path · three decisions · public pricing

Start with one business case. Prove it in production.
Scale only what pays.

The full investment guide. What each stage delivers, what it costs, and how the second workflow gets cheaper than the first. Start with a two-week Business Case; go further only once a number justifies it.

02 / Three plans

One path. Pick where you start.

Every plan builds on the one before it. The weekly focus is identical through week 5, you choose how far to go.

Business Case
Business Case · 2 weeks

Baseline · priority workflow · one success metric.

Where is the money actually going, and which workflow is worth changing first? Two weeks in your numbers produces a costed case, the constraints around it, and the one metric it will be judged on.

  1. 01Preparation, data, process maps, stakeholder alignment
  2. 02Workshop, full-day, structured against the 6 components
  3. 03Client validation, your team pressure-tests the findings

03 / Two delivery modes

With you, or for you.
Same methodology. Same outcome.

Your team's capacity and ambition determine the mode, not the scope.

Co-delivery

Your team builds. With expert coaching.

Lower investment · higher internal capability
  • Andreas as named coach and architect throughout.
  • Your team implements with structured guidance.
  • Weekly check-ins, quality gates, decision support.
  • You build internal AI muscle that stays after the engagement ends.
  • Best when you have operators who want to learn.
Full delivery

Specialists build. You steer.

Higher investment · faster delivery
  • Andreas as accountable senior lead, plus the specialists the mandate requires.
  • Remote Native specialists build the workflows.
  • UX, DevOps, Development, ML, matched to your ecosystem.
  • Your team focuses on business, not implementation.
  • Best when speed matters more than internal training.
04 / Investment

Transparent pricing.
No surprises.

Continue into Production Proof or Scale within 60 days and €5k of the Business Case is applied to it. Every price includes a named senior lead.

05 / The 13-week build

What it looks like, week by week.

The Business Case exits at week 2. Production Proof exits at week 6. Scale runs to week 13. The weekly focus is the same regardless of plan.

Weeks 1-2 · Business Case

Business Case, direction

Map your operation against the 6 components. Find where the money is going. Establish baselines.

  • Week 01Workshop. Six-component map. Baseline and constraints.
  • Week 02Direction. Written deliverable. Prioritized roadmap. Clear next moves.
Weeks 3-6 · Production Proof

Production Proof, build and ship

Pick the workflow that costs the most. Design, build, and ship it to production with measured KPIs.

  • Wk 3-4Context + Workflow. Data architecture. Workflow design. KPI lock.
  • Wk 5-6Ship. Production deployment. Baseline vs. delta. Runbook. Handover.
Weeks 7-13 · Scale

Scale, make it repeatable

Extend from a working workflow to a full operating system. Decision architecture, autonomous delegation, integration, governance.

  • Wk 7-8Decision Architecture. How the system makes, escalates, and audits decisions.
  • Wk 9-10Delegation & Review. Autonomous workflows with human-in-the-loop governance.
  • Wk 11-12Integration. System-level connections. Shared instrumentation plane.
  • Wk 13Governance. EU AI Act baseline. Compound roadmap. Board memo. Handoff.
06 / Upgrade paths

Start small. Scale when you're ready.

No re-scoping. No lost context. The same team picks up where you left off.

Business Case → Production Proof

Finished the Business Case? The Production Proof extends it into a full workflow build. €5k from the Business Case is credited. Same team, same context, no ramp-up cost.

Production Proof → Scale

The workflow is live. Now extend to the full operating system, decision architecture, delegation, governance. The foundation from Production Proof carries forward.

Business Case → Scale

Know you want the full build? Go straight from the Business Case to Scale. €5k credited. 13 weeks start-to-finish.

Any Plan → Modernization

If the workflow cannot ship because the stack blocks it, the Modernization engagement rebuilds the foundation first, in production slices.

08 / How this is set up

Senior ownership, specialist capacity, production accountability.

The three things that decide whether an AI programme reaches production, and who is answerable for each.

Senior ownership

One accountable senior lead connects the business case, the operating model, the architecture and the outcome. The same person is on the call in week 2 and in week 13.

Specialist capacity

Engineering, architecture and domain depth assembled around the mandate through the expert network and strategic partners. It scales with the work instead of waiting on a bench.

Production accountability

Measured in production against the baseline agreed in the Business Case. A workflow that does not move the metric is not finished, whatever the plan said.

09 / FAQ

Questions before the call.

What's the difference between co-delivery and full delivery?

Co-delivery: your team implements with Andreas coaching and guiding every step. You build internal AI capability. Full delivery: Remote Native specialists, UX, DevOps, ML, Development, build the workflows for you. Same methodology, same quality gates, different who-does-the-work.

Can I start with the Business Case and decide later?

Yes, that's the design. the Business Case produces a standalone deliverable. You can run with it yourself, take it to another partner, or continue with us into the next stage. The €5k credit toward the next plan holds for 60 days.

Is Andreas actually on the engagement?

Yes. Andreas is the named delivery lead on every engagement. He runs the Business Case workshop, architects the workflows, and is on every key call. That's in the contract. 25 years of operating experience, not an account director.

What's the minimum viable company for this?

€15M+ revenue, at least one AI-addressable workflow with measurable volume, and an exec sponsor with budget authority. The diagnostic tells you in 12 questions whether you qualify.

What about GDPR and EU AI Act?

Default-strict. EU-resident infrastructure, data minimisation, audit logs, DPIA template included. Proven under GDPR + Swiss FADP + insurance/financial supervisory regimes.

How does the €5k continuity credit work?

The Business Case costs €10k. If you continue to the next stage within 60 days, €5k is deducted from the next plan's price. The credit is already reflected in the plan totals shown above.
